The hotel had a nice jacuzzi tub which didn't cost much extra and was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable, almost like a sauna at 7 a.m. The service was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect for access to Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Newport Beach, all less than 20 minutes away. Dining was excellent with an onsite chef cooking items by order. However, the location, though far away, was quiet and relatively safe.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, I encountered bugs in the bed and hair all over the sheets, which was quite unsettling, especially at 2 am before an early appointment. Despite these issues, the room itself was nice and spacious.

The hotel had very nice balconies and spacious rooms with a living room and sleeping spaces. Although the rooms felt dated and could use some updates like a carpet and couch wash, they were large and comfortable. The service was excellent, with attentive and eager-to-please staff. The location was perfect for accessing nearby beaches and dining options. The dining experience, while previously nice, was reduced to a limited 'brown bag' offering. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
